Annie Stieber

Annie Julia Stieber of Flatonia passed away March 20, 2013 at the age of 103. She was born May 23, 1909 in Flatonia to the late Mary (Pavlas) and John Doubrava. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces, great-great nephews, great-great-great nieces, and great-great-great nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Richard Stieber (September 1975); one brother, John Doubrava; and five sisters, Betty Doubrava, Mary Kana, Albina Peters, Lillian Cherry, and Angeline Wilson. Visitation will start at 12 Noon Friday, March 22nd at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Flatonia. Rosary will be at 9:45 am Saturday, March 23rd at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Funeral Services to follow at 10:00 am, Father Eddie Winkler officiating. Burial will follow at the Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Flatonia. Pallbearers will be Larry Janak, Quentin Janak, Larry Schultz, Gary Vinklarek, Nicholas Schultz, and Steven Kana.
