Billie Mueller

Mrs. Billie D. Brown age 87 of Flatonia, Texas went home to be with the Lord on October 8, 2015. Billie was born on April 20, 1928 in Flatonia, Texas to the late Ed Mueller and Dora Mueller. She is preceded in death by her beloved husband-Jackie Brown in 1985, one brother-Junie (Moot) Mueller and two sisters-Maxine Massie and Cleo Early, two nieces-Josie Massey and Susie Massie. Billie was a homemaker as well as a gifted florist and seamstress. She also worked as a helper for the Goodfellows Charity for many years. She enjoyed gardening and taking care of and watching her birds and wildlife. Billie is survived by her adopted family-Schuyler and Nelle Spates of Houston, Texas; Robert Spates of Houston, Texas; Anthony and Pat Spadachene of College Station, Texas; Robyn Wiley of Bellville, Texas and Chris Spadachene of Cypress, Texas. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, October 13, 2015 at Smith Funeral Home-Flatonia with Rev. Tim Rowell officiating. Burial will follow in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Flatonia.
