David Youngblood, age 69, of Waelder, Texas passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021. David was born September 13, 1951 to Mary Martin Youngblood and the late Charlie D. Youngblood. He married the love of his life, Shirley McIntyre in 1981. He was a millwright for Nabisco in the early 1970's on and off for 20 years. He was a mechanical contractor at Anheuser Busch brewery. He also acquired his electrician's license and worked for the Twins Electric Co. He was a mechanical tinkerer. He enjoyed working on the farm and his tractors. He loved to country western dance. There wasn't much he couldn't do. He always took care of everything and everyone. He would always tell you how to do things his way. He was a loving son, husband and brother. He will be dearly missed by all who were blessed to know him. David is survived by his wife, Shirley Youngblood; mother, Mary Martin Youngblood; brother and sister-in-law, Charles Youngblood (Claire), sister and brother-in-law, Janis Reams (Ernie) and sister, Debbie Worsham. David was preceded in death by father, Charlie D. Youngblood; and sister, Sharon Skidmore. No services are to be held at this time.
