Elnora Gerloff

Mrs. Elnora A. (Gerloff) Buehring age 90 of Moulton, passed away July 29, 2013. Elnora was born March 15, 1923 in Shiner to the late Otto and Ella (Brunkenhoefer) Gerloff. She was homemaker and house-wife, member of the Moulton Zion Lutheran Church, WELCA at Zion Lutheran, American Legion Auxiliary Post # 392 in Moulton, and a long-time member of the Moulton VFW Ladies Auxiliary #6971. Survivors include one son, Robert Buehring and wife Terry of Moulton, 5 daughters, Marilyn Hanslik and husband Paul of Conroe, Kathy Koch and husband John, Allyne Chapman, Helen Chaloupka and husband Ernest "Junior", Loretta Olsovsky and husband Sylvin Jr. all of Moulton, one sister, Esther Mae Collins of Enumclaw, Washington, 22 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren, and 15 great-great grandchildren. Elnora is preceded in death by her parents, husband Eldor J. Buehring, two son-in-laws, Frank Preiss Jr. and William Edward Chapman, infant daughter Jane Buehring, infant granddaughter, grandson, James Lee Chapman, and a sister, Elvera Nelson. Pallbearers are her grandsons and grandson-in-laws Robert L. Buehring Jr., Jeremy Buehring, Christopher Buehring, Alan Buehring, Michael E. Chaloupka, Jason S. Olsovsky, Mike Goins and Bryan Sandlin. Visitation will began at 10: 00 am Wednesday, July 31, 2013 at Smith Funeral Home in Moulton. Services will be 10:00 am Thursday, August 1, 2013 at the Zion Lutheran Church in Moulton with Rev. Herbert Beyer officiating. Burial will follow in the Moulton City Cemetery.
