Gregory James "GR" Berckenhoff, age 66 passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021 in Moulton, Texas. GR was born July 21, 1955 in Shiner, Texas to Otto and Margaret (Satsky) Berckenhoff. GR is survived by his wife Annette (Luksovsky), and daughters Sheila Ferracci (Tim Ferracci) of Omaha, Nebraska and Shellie Booth (Taylor Booth) of Houston, Texas and grandchildren: Kyler Ferracci, Abigail Ferracci, Zoe Ferracci, Keegan Ferracci, Maci Ferracci, Avery Ferracci, Rilee Ferraci and Haisley Ferracci. GR was preceded in death by his parents Otto and Margaret (Satsky) Berckenhoff, brother Donald Berckenhoff, father-in-law Jimmy Luksovsky Sr. and mother-in-law Edith (Pavlas) Luksovsky. A visitation for GR will be held Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 4:00 PM at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Moulton. A rosary will be recited Thursday, October 7, 2021 at 9:30 AM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Moulton, followed by a funeral mass at 10:00am officiated by Father Gabriel Maison.
