Helen Ruth Ashcraft, age 91 of Houston, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022. Helen was born on August 1, 1930 in San Francisco, CA to Florence (Brennan) Bailey and William Bailey. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, daughter Elizabeth Sharon Wood, granddaughter Holly Beth Clampit and sister Sharon Espelita. She is survived by her husband David Lee Ashcraft of Houston, TX, son David W. Ashcraft of Houston, TX, daughters Lauren Clampit (Bill) of Waelder,TX and Lisa Baldry (Rob) of Houston, TX, brother Carl Bailey of Utah, sister Regina Bailey of California, eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 13, 2022 at Waelder City Cemetery in Waelder, TX, officiated by Randy McReynolds.
