James Filipp

James Filipp, age 65 of Moulton, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2022.  He was born on March 24, 1957 to Jim and Gladys Tousek Filipp.

James is survived by his wife, Martha Nieto Filipp, his children: Tina Trejo (Eugene), Scott Filipp (Terri) and Travis Filipp (Albert), his grandchildren: Jordan Pesl (Christina), Kyle Trejo, Kobey Trejo, Kinzey Filipp, Kaylee Trejo and Koda Filipp, his great-grandchildren: Jackson Pesl and Josie Pesl and one sister Barbara Filipp.

James is preceded in death by his parents Jim and Gladys Filipp.

Visitation for James will be Thursday, October 20, 2022 at 6:00 PM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Moulton, TX with a rosary being recited at 7:00 PM..  A funeral mass for James will be held on Friday, October 21, 2022 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Moulton, TX officiated by Fr. Tim Kosler and burial will follow in the St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery in Moulton, TX.

Pallbearers will be Brian Nieto, Rodney Nieto, Tyler Schoenfeld, Elliott Brecht, Ace Filipp, Walker Hubbard, Bubba Vernon and Mike Seals.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Randy Lewkoski, Bill Wilke, Jeff Brecht, Dennis Wagner, Alan Vana, Dennis Tousek, Joe Filipp and Harvey Ehlers.
