Johnnie Culak

Johnnie Lee Culak, age 73, passed away May 30, 2018 in Galveston, Texas. He was born November 23, 1944 in Shiner, Texas to Johnnie J. and Leonitta (Krejci) Culak. Johnnie is survived by his son Chris Culak and wife Tammy of Spring, Texas and two granddaughters Hannah Michelle Culak and Lauren Nicole Lowry. He is preceded in death by his parents. Visitation is scheduled for 4:00 pm, June 1, 2018 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral Mass will take place at 10:00 am, June 2, 2018 at the Smith Funeral Home Chapel with burial following at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery with Father Gabriel Maison officiating.
