Juana Melchor

Juana Ramirez Melchor passed away August 6, 2015 at the age of 86. Juana was born in Waelder Texas on May 27, 1929 to the late Casimiro Ramirez and Martina Arzola Ramirez. Juana was a member of St Patrick Catholic Church and Guadalupanas. Juana is survived by four sons Condelario and Mary Melchor of Seguin Texas, David Melchor of Waelder Texas, Eliseo and Cindi Melchor of Ohio, James and Tonya Melchor of Ohio. Seven daughters Esther Gallegos of Waelder Texas, Ofelia and Jackie Eaton of San Antonio Texas, Mary and Pete Esparza of Waelder Texas, Yolonda Castro of Walder Texas, Helen and Anselmo Gonzales of Seguin Texas, Lucy and Jeffery Ruffcorn of Seguin Texas, Diana Melchor of Seguin Texas. Four brothers Valentine Ramirez of San Antonio Texas, Ysidro Ramirez of Houston Texas, Joe John Ramirez of California, and Joseph Ramirez of San Antonio Texas. Five sisters Alice Barrientes, Lucy Ramirez, Pauline Alonzo, Lupe Ramirez all of San Antonio Texas, Adela Gutierrez of Gonzales Texas. Twenty eight grandchildren, twenty two great grandchildren and one great - great grandchild. Juana is preceded in death by her husband Cresencio Melchor in 2007, son Lorenzo Melchor, one grandson David Melchor Jr. two son-in-laws David Castro, and Gustava E Gallegos, one brother Manuel Ramirez and one Aunt Maria Arzola. Visitation will be held Monday August 10, 2015 at 10:00am at Smith Funeral Home Chapel Flatonia Tx. Rosary will be Monday August 10, 2015 at 7:00pm at St. Patrick Catholic Church of Waelder Tx with services on Tuesday August 11, 2015 at 10:00am at St Patrick Catholic Church Waelder Tx .
