Leon Hrncir

Leon Edward Hrncir age 89 of Austin formally of Laredo passed away August 12, 2014. He was born July 31, 1925 in Moulton, Texas to the late William Hrncir and Anna Hlubna Hrncir. Leon owned and operated Laredo Moving and Storage in Laredo for 20 plus years and was a member of the St. Patrick Catholic Church in Laredo. Survivors include his wife Kathleen (Tiblier) Hrncir of Austin, 2 daughters-Mary Ellen Madalinski and husband Walter of San Antonio, Texas, Nancy Johnson and husband Craig of Austin, Texas, 2 sons-Leon Edward Hrncir Jr. of Kingsland, Texas and William Lawrence Hrncir and wife Laura of Laredo, 11 grand- children and 2 great-grand-children. Leon is preceded in death by 5 sisters; Olga Wiegreffe, Mollie Francke, Emma Zouzalik, Alice Haley and Lillian Judd., 2 brothers; William Hrncir Jr. and George John Hrncir. Serving as pallbearers: Lee, Mike, and Billy Hrncir, Walt, Matt and Will Madalinski and Chris Johnson. Rosary will be recited Monday, August 18, 2014 at 9:30 am at the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Moulton followed by mass at 10:00 am with Rev. Gabriel officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
