Leroy Joseph Kloesel of Moulton passed away Monday, January 16, 2012 at the age of 75. He was born January 21, 1936 in Shiner to the late Willie L and Mary Zeisberg Kloesel. Leroy retired from Kasper Wire Works after 45 years. He was a member of The National Guard Reserves, St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Shiner Game and Fish League and Shiner Young Farmers. He is survived by his wife Betty Raab Kloesel of Shiner; son, Gordon Kloesel and wife Beverly of The Woodlands; two daughters, Brenda Fisseler and husband Larry of Brownwood, and Laurie Janda and husband Bo of LaGrange; grandchildren, Cassie and Will Norris, Cody Fisseler, Brittany and Haley Janda, Johanna, Grace Anne, Joseph, Mary Katherine and Cecilia Kloesel. He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, William B. Kloesel; mother-in-law, Erna Raab; father-in-law, Herbert Raab. Visitation will begin at 7:00 am Friday, January 20, 2012 at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Moulton. Rosary will be 7:00 pm Friday, January 20, 2012 at Smith Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Saturday, January 21, 2012 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Moulton with Father Casimir Jarzombek officiating. Burial will follow at Shiner Catholic Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Henry Joe Jasek, Edward Kloesel, Billy Ray Klesel, Emil Paul Blaschke, Denis Berger and J.J. Kloesel. Honorary pallbearers will be Paul Kresta, Rusty Tronicek and Richard Kresta.
