Leslie D. Haas passed away March 3, 2017 at Shady Oak Nursing Home in Moulton, TX. He was born to Joe and Lillie Bauer Haas, July 1, 1921 in Moulton, TX. Leslie is survived by his daughter, Gloria Haas and husband Bob, grandchildren Robbie Haas, Heather Guerin, Stephanie Burson, Chad Haas, Ryan Haas, and Jessica Haas, and eleven great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife Alice Kloesel Haas, children Kathy Haas White, Ronnie Haas, Dwight Haas, son-in-law Robert White, and brothers Walter Haas, Jody Haas, Ervin Haas, and George Haas. Pallbearers are Robbie Haas, Kevin Guerin, Colby Burson, Ryan Haas, Chad Haas, and Wiley Haas. Visitation will take place at 5:00pm Monday, March 6, 2017 at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Moulton. Funeral Service will be 2:00pm Tuesday, March 7, 2017 at Zion Lutheran Church with Pastor Herbert Beyer officiating. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery.
