Lillian Hrncir

Lillian A. Hrncir, age 97, of Moulton, Texas passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2020. Lillian was born May 4, 1923 in Hallettsville, Texas to Julie Raymond Appelt and Adolph Appelt. She married Alex George Hrncir on October 13, 1941. Lillian is survived by daughter Betty Migura (Gene) of Victoria, Texas; daughter Barbara Janak (Dennis) of Hallettsville, Texas; and son Billy Hrncir (Beverly) of Hallettsville, Texas; grandchildren Joey Schott, Mike Schott (Magen), Nick Schott (Emily), Monty Janak (Lori), Amy Janak Pugh (Jay), Marty Janak (Krisie), Ross Hrncir (Shannon), Russel Hrncir (Autumn), Stratton Hrncir, Slayton Hrncir (Katelyn), and Sterling Hrncir: great grandchildren Blair Schott, Brook Schott, Channing Schott, Hutson Schott, Emmerson Schott, Thatcher Schott, Becket Schott, Morgan Janak, Emma Janak, Mitchell Janak, Braxton Pugh, Brayden Pugh, Branton Pugh, Lily Janak, Claire Janak, Caroline Hrncir, Aspen Hrncir, Levi Hrncir and Westlyn Hrncir. Lillian was preceded in death by her husband Alex Hrncir; father Adolph Appelt, mother Julie Raymond Appelt and four sisters. A viewing for Lillian will begin Sunday, August 23, 2020 at 1:30 PM at Ascension of Our Lord Catholic Church in Moravia, Texas followed by a rosary at 2:30 PM and funeral mass will then begin at 3:00 PM, officiated by Msgr. John Peters. A burial will occur Monday, August 24, 2020 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Moulton, Texas with Father Gabriel Maison officiating. Serving as active pallbearers are Marty Janak, Monty Janak, Joey Schott, Mike Schott, Ross Hrncir, Russel Hrncir, Sterling Hrncir and Slayton Hrncir and honorary pallbearers are Jay Pugh, Stratton Hrncir and Nick Schott.
