Lillian Catherine Hudson, 80, of Muldoon, Texas passed away on Friday, February 6, 2015 at Saint Mark's Medical Center in La Grange, Texas. Funeral Mass is under the direction of Smith Funeral Home in Flatonia, Texas and will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at 10:00 am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Flatonia, Texas with Father Eddie Winkler officiating. A Rosary will be recited at 9:30 am prior to the Mass. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Catholic Cemetery in Flatonia, Texas. There will be a visitation on Monday, February 9, 2015 from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Flatonia, Texas. Lillian was born on July 12, 1934 in Houston, Texas. She was the daughter of Paul and Regina (Diehl) Brown. She graduated from Saint Agnes Academy in Houston, Texas. She worked as an administrative assistant for many years. She married Thomas Hudson in 1968 in Houston, Texas. She enjoyed water skiing when she was younger, and as she grew older, she was happy enjoying life and her family, Lillian is survived by three sons; Glenn Hudson and his wife, Ruby of Muldoon, Texas, Greg Stahl and Luz Ortiz of Pasadena, Texas, Gary Stahl and his wife Wanda of Leander, Texas, one daughter; Rene Cardenas and Greg Brinkman of Schulenburg, Texas, one brother; Paul Brown, Jr. and his wife Joan of Houston, Texas, eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; Paul and Regina Brown, her husband; Thomas Hudson, one daughter; Rhonda Cherry, two sisters; Angie Townsend, Billie Carolyn Cross, and her step-mother; Dean Brown.
