Lydia Hohensee, age 87, of Moulton, Texas passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. Lydia was born August 3, 1934 in Kenedy, Texas. Lydia is survived by her husband, Lester J. Hohensee; her daughter Cheryl Hohensee-Angerstein (Paul); her stepchildren Gayland Hohensee (Peggy), Karen Green (Scott) and Mark Hohensee (Donita); her grandchildren John Rusling and Natashia Parsons, several step grandchildren and step great-grandchildren. Lydia was preceded in death by her parents, sons Steven Rivas and Daniel Rivas and her daughter Mary Alice Rusling. A visitation for Lydia will begin at 9:00 AM on Friday, October 22, 2021 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Moulton, Texas. A rosary will be recited at 9:30 AM and a funeral mass at 10:00 AM, officiated by Father Gabriel Maison. The committal service will be at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Moulton, Texas.
