Obituary for Mary Kilpatrick Kosub Mary Kilpatrick Kosub was born in Oklahoma City and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. After marrying George Kosub on October 30, 1945, they eventually moved to Houston, Texas where they raised their two children. In 1969 Mary and George retired to Moulton, Texas. It was there in 1984 that Mary and a partner opened K&K Bridal Rail; a bridal shop offering wedding and prom dresses to the South Texas community for over 29 years. She was preceded in death by her husband George Kosub, sister Wilma Kilpatrick Marcum and three brothers, Monroe Kilpatrick, Oliver Kilpatrick and Donald Kilpatrick. She is survived by her daughter Jo Ann Bumpas and husband John Bumpas from Austin, and her son William Kosub residing in Waco. Also surviving Mary are her four grand daughters, Erin Bumpas and Terri Bumpas, both residing in Austin, Kari Kosub Poarch residing in Dallas with husband Jeremy Poarch, and Karla Kosub who lives in Breckenridge, Colorado. In addition, she also has several loving nieces and nephews. Mary enjoyed traveling, church picnics, playing bridge and spending time with family and friends. She was a very special person and will certainly be missed by all. Visitation will begin at 12:00 Noon, Thursday, February 7, 2013 at the funeral home. Rosary will be recited at 10:15 am Friday, February 8, 2013 at the St. Joseph Catholic Church followed by a Mass at 11:00 am.
