Matthew Wade Patek, age 39, of Mansfield, Texas passed away on Tuesday, April 20, 2021. Matthew was born November 6, 1981 in San Antonio, Texas. Matthew is survived by his wife, Stephanie Krejci Patek; daughters Abryn Patek, Ryen Patek and Parker Patek; sister Ann Heller (Jacob); nieces Emmy and Olivia Heller, grandfather Willie Pilat and grandmother Mildred Pilat. Matthew was preceded in death by mother Mary Patek and father Ervin Patek. A rosary for Matthew will be recited Thursday, April 29, 2021 at 6:30 PM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Moulton, Texas. Funeral mass will occur Friday, April 30, 2021 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Moulton, Texas with Father Gabriel Maison officiating and burial will follow at St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery in Moulton, Texas.
