Mrs.Bacilia Hernandez

Bacilia H. Ureste, age 89, of Waelder, passed away Thursday, January 21, 2010. Mrs. Ureste was born in May 17, 1920 Bryan, Texas to Wenceslao Hernandez and Soledad Palacios Hernandez. Mrs. Ureste was a homemaker and a member of El Mesias Methodist Church in Houston. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Eulalio Ureste, three brothers and two sisters.

Visitation for friends will begin 3:00 PM Saturday, January 23 at Smith Funeral Home - Flatonia. Services will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, January 24, 2010 at Smith Funeral Home - Flatonia. Burial will follow at the Waelder Community Cemetery; Pastor Juan Ruiz officiating.
