Lenora Selzer of Gonzales passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2010, at the age of 84. Mrs. Selzer was born April 6, 1925 in Wallis, Texas to Rudolph Hrnicko and Minnie Witte Hrnicko, and was married to Jimmy Selzer, Sr. She is survived by one son: Jimmy Selzer, Jr. and wife, Susie, of Gonzales; two daughters: Mary Matejcek and husband, Joe, of Gonzales and June Tomas and friend, Matt Murphy, of Dallas; one brother, Ellison Hrnicko of Wallis; one sister, Elsie Divin of Katy; five grandchildren: Tammy Hillman, Joseph Matejcek, Lynn Selzer, Shelly Furman, and Kevin Tomas; five great-grandchildren: Elizabeth Hillman, Matthew Hillman, Maggie Matejcek, and Mason Matejcek, and Jack Furman. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, one brother, two sisters, and two infant sons. Visitation will begin Friday, March 26 at 4:00 pm at Smith Funeral Home Chapel in Moulton. Funeral services will be held Sunday, March 28 at 2:00 pm at Zion Lutheran Church in Moulton; Rev. J.R. Westerfield officiating. Burial will follow at Moulton City Cemetery. Memorial donations may be sent to Foundation for PSP (Progressive Supranuclear Palsy) or Zion Lutheran Church in Moulton.
