She was born April 16, 1920, in Fayette County, to the late Adolf and Victoria (Jalufka) Faltisek. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Survivors: daughter, Lorene Koncaba of Moulton; sons, Eugene Pilat and Dennis Pilat; brothers, Eddie Faltisek of Moulton and Ervin Faltisek of Rosenberg; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Preceded in death by: husband, Fred Pilat; sons, Joseph Pilat, Marvin Pilat and Johnnie Pilat; and one grandchild.
A rosary was recited at the chapel.
Services were held Saturday at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Moulton, the Rev. Gabriel Maison officiating.
Burial was at St. Joseph Catholic Church.
