Mary Ann DuBose age 83 of Schulenburg passed away May 20, 2007. Born December 23, 1923 to the late Pablo Finn Santa Cruz and Tranquilina Peralez.She was a retired custodian at University of Texas and a member of Iglesia Bautista Memorial Church in Waelder.Mary is survived by: Sons - Author (Rudy) Martinez Jr. and wife Rosa of Austin, Samuel Ramirez and wife Beatrice of Houston, Daniel Vargas of Georgetown, Daughter - Erlinda Santa Cruz of Schulenburg, Brothers - Espiririon Santa Cruz of Taylor, Steve Santa Cruz of Fort Worth, Sisters - Adelina Delgado of Leipsic, Ohio, Petra Melina of Taylor, 9 Grandchildren, 7 Great-Grandchildren. preceded by : Parents, Brothers - Mike, Albert and Luis Santa Cruz, Sister - Tomasita Santa Cruz, Grandson - Paul A. Martinez.Visitation is Wednesday May 23, 2007 8:00 AM with a Wake at 7:00 PM at Smith Funeral Home Flatonia.
