Shirley Ann Orsak, 81, of Shiner, Texas passed away Nov. 7, 2019. She was born in Seguin, TX, on March 24,1938, to Christine & Harry Whittenborn. On April 30,1955 she married the love of her life, Eugene Orsak, at Holy Ghost Catholic Church of Bellaire, Texas. She attended St. Joseph's Catholic Church of Moulton, Tx. and was a member of Moulton Alter Society. During Shirley's early years, she was a housewife and devoted mother to her children. Not only was she an exceptional mother and wife, she also was a great cook, seamstress, and able to make purses as supplemental income. Shirley enjoyed camping and hunting trips with her family. After her children were all in school she worked as a seamstress for Pilgrim Cleaners and retired after 20 years. Later in life, she and her husband were inseparable: traveling to Alaska, visiting casinos, and even raking and bailing hay together. She never missed an opportunity to enjoy a bowl of Blue Bell Ice Cream. Survived by her husband of 64 years; sister, Betty Janak; brother, Lee Whittenborn & wife Bynahmae; and Children: Sandy Barton & husband Roger of Houston, TX; Robert Orsak & wife Juanita of Magnolia, TX; Donna Desselles & husband Droy of Houston, TX; Kris Willis & husband Craig of Katy TX; Lisa Sebek & husband John of Cypress, TX, and son-in-law Randy Bludau, husband of Brenda, of Hallettsville, TX; Grandchildren: Shannon Henson & husband Ryan, Karen Boryk, Brittany White & husband Jeremy, Donnie Orsak & wife Hailey, Kenny Orsak, Kyle Desselles & wife Julie, Karey Desselles, Lerin Willis, Blake Willis, Blayne Sebek & wife Mikayla, Trevor Sebek, and Wade Sebek. Great grandchildren: Kylee & Logan Henson, Rylie Boryk, Jake & Cade Orsak, Cambrie & Caiden Desselles. Preceded in death by her mother, Christine Whittenborn Elliott; father, Harry Whittenborn; and daughter, Brenda Bludau. Pallbearers: Donnie Orsak, Kenny Orsak, Kyle Desselles, Blayne Sebek, Karey Desselles, Blake Willis, Trevor Sebek, and Wade Sebek. Funeral Mass Service: 10 am, Monday, Nov. 11, 2019, at St Joseph's Catholic Church of Moulton. Visitation: 5 pm, Sunday, Nov. 10, 2019, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church 601 North Pecan St. Moulton 77975 with Rosary starting at 6 pm.
