Susan Jasek, age 60, of Moulton, Texas passed away on Tuesday February 18, 2020. Susan was born December 1, 1959 in Shiner, Texas to Daniel and Helen Valis Bohuslav. She is survived by her husband, Allen Jasek; sons Byron Jasek (Johnna) of Moulton, Texas and Gavin Jasek (Brittany) of Hallettsville, Texas; brothers Bobby Bohuslav (Sharon) of Kansas and Kenny Bohuslav (Deanna) of Moulton, Texas; and five grandchildren, Alexis, Alyssa, Peyton, Hunter and Pyper. Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Daniel and Helen Bohuslav. Visitation for Susan will be Friday, February 21, 2020 starting at 11:00 AM at Smith Funeral Home, Moulton, Texas. Rosary will be Friday, February 21, 2020 at 7:00 PM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Moulton, Texas. Funeral mass will be Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 10:00 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Moulton, Texas and burial will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Moulton, Texas.
