Willie Provazek

She was born May 10, 1919, in Moulton, to the late James and Francis Valicek Provazek. She was a homemaker and a member of Ascension of Our Lord in Moravia.
Survivors: daughters, Maggie and Poncho Kubicek of Moulton, and Irene and Bert Shelley of Tomball; sons, Gene and Sandra Provazek and Henry Provazek both of Houston; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Preceded in death by: parents, James and Frances Valicke Provazek; husband, John Provazek; son, Johnny Provazek; sisters, Mary Provazek, Angeline Krausekopff, and Carrie Kresta; brothers, Edwin Provazek and Julius Provazek; and granddaughter, Melissa Provazek; daughter-in-law, Mary Helen Provazek.
A rosary was recited at the funeral home chapel.
Services were held on Thursday at Ascension of our Lord in Moravia, the Rev. John Peters.
Burial was at the Moravia Catholic Cemetery.
